At age 79, Woody Allen is going off touring with a band. As we previously announced, he is playing shows in Minnesota and California this August with the Eddy Davis New Orleans Jazz Band, his usual band who accompany him in New York most Mondays. If that wasn’t enough, a second date has now been added for Mill Valley.

A previously announced date in Seattle is now cancelled.

The rare west coast concerts coincides with Allen being in Los Angeles for production of his 2016 film. Production continues into October, at which time Allen is bound to resume his Monday night residencies at the Carlyle Hotel.
