We are working our way through every Woody Allen film, and we are up to 2001’s The Curse Of the Jade Scorpion. We wont give away the full review, but Helen Hunt is definitely the highlight of the film. Once again, Charlie Rose gets the exclusive.

We find that Hunt is a life long Allen fan, and that she’d been trying to find a way to get to Juliet Taylor, Allen’s long time casting director. That she spoke to Sean Penn who recently worked with Allen on Sweet And Lowdown. And that Allen wanted to wrote a new role just for Hunt, which so far has never happened.
