Some news bits coming in from the countries that are releasing Blue Jasmine, the Woody Allen film, shortly after the US. More pictures, reviews and trailers coming through.

Romanian site CinemaRX has heaps of new photos. We assume they are from the Romanian distributor who are releasing the film there on 30th August.

The new pics feature Peter Sarsgaard, Cate Blanchett, Alec Baldwin, Sally Hawkins and our second glimpse of Michael Stuhlbarg. There is also a pic of Allen on set.

Dutch film site Filmkrant is the first to publish a review of Blue Jasmine – in Dutch. Reviewer Fritz De Jong gave it four stars out of five:

Blue Jasmine shows a woman who has completely lost control over her life and evokes memories of Allen’s most successful Bergman homage, Another Woman (1988).

Dutch distributor Paradiso Films also posted the trailer with Dutch subtitles

‘Blue Jasmine‘ is released in the Netherlands on 22nd August

Australian distributor Hopscotch Films also tweeted to confirm the Australian release date as September 5th (making it the third film to come out in that market in a year).
