Magic In The Moonlight is the 2014 film written and directed by Woody Allen. Starring Colin Firth and Emma Stone, we now have the first official release date for the comedy, and it’s the country where it was filmed – France.

Mars Distribution has picked up another Allen film it seems, and has tweeted a release date of 15th October 2014.

This is a little later than usual for Allen. Whether that means his now standard July release in the US might also go back, we don’t know. We know Cannes was a possibility, but that’s a long gap in between.

This is the first of plenty more official information to come, we’re sure. At the moment, so much of this film is still a mystery…
